Its time to remove job-based glamour restrictions.

Or...You've mentioned the fact of wanting to retain job originality by restricting glamour to specific jobs but when tanks are running around in bikinis, Dragoons are able to wear robes...Why hasn't the non-AF glamour restriction been removed when it's been something that's been requested for YEARS!

I feel like we really need to dive a bit deeper when it comes to this question instead of just asking the usual since Yoshi likes to avoid it. I would honestly like a reason as to why he keeps ignoring it.

So one of the latest interviews with Yoshida (Kotaku) pretty much fell into this trap yet again, where they asked about lifting "job restrictions" which always results in the same knee-jerk answer from Yoshida about something silly like "axe-wielder casting black magic" as if he was asked if we could mix-and-match main-hand weapons. I get his reasoning about the "easily recognizable" gear designs from the Final Fantasy franchise (AF, clearly) but that says nothing about role equipment which can be ambiguous anyway, or DoL/DoH outfits (which I'm pretty sure over in the Chinese ver. they have a special option to wear the DoH/L "AF"s on anything).

These interviewers need to stop using the term "job" for glamour restriction questions because the connotations of AF and main-handed weapons just give Yoshida a chance to make-up a hyperbolic excuse about casters wearing axes (which he's actually mentioned before) or specific job identity. Or at least be specific and correct him about things like dungeon/raid/PvP sets that have no established "identity."

The blame doesn't fall on the interviewers. Especially if it's their first time interviewing Yoshda, they can't guess he's unable to properly answer questions.

You're right, I shouldn't blame an interviewer for asking him a question that has already been asked just about word-for-word at least twice before. I just wish they asked why there wasn't a new healer for ShB too.

Jobs of course would remain with exclusivity to their artifact gear.
