This goes along with what I said before about devs of games and their constant BS answers they give to brush over any question they don't feel like answering or too scared to just say no for whatever artistic/lore/direction reasons.

I just want more stuff for guys (all classes) that aren't big poofy pseudo-dresses. Every outfit does not need dangling flourishes, skirts, long tunics etc. Even that amazing Thancred Modish outfit was diminished by those no-purposes flaps of fabric hanging from the sides of the shirt. WHY??? That top would have been my favorite of all male chest pieces if not for those dangling bits of cloth.

I wanna see more all-class gear for males that falls along these lines:

It's tight, show's skin without being shirtless, no skirts, sashes, useless dangling bits of fabric, etc. I want my guys to look like they are going to battle, not auditioning for Rupaul's Drag Race.

With Stormblood focusing on the rough mountain terrain and desert, we need some Wild Arms inspired Glamour please :D! I need some gear that suits this harsh climate!

Of course they didn't say it can't be done, just that it's not a simple matter of simply creating a knee-length skirt - clipping issues with bulky footwear such as armoured greaves is something they're clearly mindful of. Given through event or not, a set of glamour thats gender neutral, is a military coat or even just a tailcoat without silly bags hanging from them, is sorely needed.

That said, if they do eventually do an FFXV crossover event, please Dev team make it Kingsglaive gear! (Again, gender neutral please. Crowe's gear IS nice but the default tunic is sooo cool)

No specific requests but I wish they would stop making capes and coats attach permanently at the ankles. Example: PLD Creed body is attached at the ankles so when you draw your weapon, the cape spreads out and looks weird rather than just draping between the legs.

edit: I guess I would like to see more kite shields in the shape and size of the shire one instead of that long skinny style all the others have.

Please, please, please, make Minfillia's Attire mix and matchable Q_Q. I love that piece to death (maybe other people do as well(?)).

Adding to this, I wish they would just make all the Scion sets dyeable and separate the pieces up where applicable (think this is mainly an issue for Minfilia's attire, though). I know the original intent of them was solely for character cosplay, but I really feel like those things would sell even more and get used a lot more often if we could dye them. I know I'd use my Y'shtola coat more if I could.

As well, please give us more Thavnairian-based aesthetic glamours!

1 - Lift glamour restrictions, at least for selected pieces that would make sense for other classes (magic users, for example).

2- Bring back the bomb and cactuar one-ear earrings. I was able to purchase those when I was playing the free trial, but here we are two years after and I had to make a new account after I purchased the game, so couldn't carry on with my free trial character. Was very disappointed to find out those earrings were only available for a limited time.

3 - More one-ear earrings designed after FF classic enemies, or even characters. The only accessible one I can think of is the behemoth earring.

4 - More comfortable attires to fit magic roles. Within the classes and without relying on glamour we have mostly robes, coats, and other things that cover us from the neck down except for one or two sets that are downright skimpy.

5 - More sandals (such as the moonfire sandals/caligae). Coming from a tropical country and growing up in a coastal city, I can tell that sandals are essential. La Noscea and Thanalan seem the kind of places where less is more under the shade and since Ala Mhigo seems to have a tropical theme (at least from the swimming and diving tease we got), it's only reasonable to give us more sandals.

All I want for now is an obtainable Squall's outfit, nothing that costs quadrillions of gil or having to wait over a year to get it through veteran rewards...

Squall Outfit is mentioned in the patch note 3.5 :3 so it will be added tomorrow i guess

Not sure if this fits here as it's not a request for a piece of equipment, but I'd really like more face paint options... eagerly awaiting the day when I'll be able to make my cute lalafell sport some amazing looking under-eye dark circles instead of the upper lid shadow :D

I would love a jean jacket.
Yeah yeah, that's absolutely not a good thing to put in the game with the backstory etc

But i would just love it.

The sweaters underneath the Starlight Robe and Cashmere/Ramie Poncho.

My biggest thing I want:

Some simple, clean, dyable, tight, unfrilly, thin, untapered at the top LONGGLOVES that all classes can wear.

Seriously, there's like 2 long-gloves (both of which look terrible) that any class that isn't a healer or caster can wear in this game. I've had so many glamours ruined because I just couldn't find a pair of normal looking longgloves, I'm thinking of something like the Garo longgloves for healers and casters (for females), they're simple, look nice and are skin-tight, no silly puffiness or unnecessary thickness.

One of my biggest issues with this game in regards to glamour, is that they add a lot of the same things locked to the same classes/jobs, where they need to be giving more variety to the glamours we can pick and adding more variety and different types of items that certain classes are lacking.

/rant over, the long-gloves are a very personal pet peeve of mine lol.

I wonder if we'll ever get the Ishgardian armor that we had to glamour on in the MSQ?

There is something close to that in colour already in the game though, the Thick Haubergeon that is a drop from Haukke Manor HM... alas it is LNC/DRG gear only. But it's a start.

SE stated they would look into making the House Fortemps armour the player's gear is glamoured to during the Grand Melee available as actual gear a while ago... but sadly nothing further has been mentioned about it. I would love to have it though as actual gear which is not restricted to a certain class though so I fully agree with you.

Since they're planning a new reward system how about instead of costumes they add classic Final Fantasy weapons as weapons to glamor? Don't know what they'd do for XIII though since a majority of its weapons were event awards.
