Cleric stance needs change just for melding sake as healer

The only healer that should get accuracy on their Cleric Stance is WHM. Something like +20%. AST and SCH have skills that increase their overall rate of accuracy, because they cannot miss (Moves that do not have a base damage, like Combust/Bio.) CNJ/WHM do not have any skills like this.

Since WHM is shoehorned into main healing, it has allot less to gain for fully investing in accuracy compared to the off healer role. If AST or SCH main healed with zero accuracy investment, they could at least contribute to dps with their zero chance to miss skills. (All raid tier healers should invest in capping accuracy, WHM should just get a reduction in requirements since they 1) originated the cleric stance mechanic 2) Have less time to utilize their accuracy 3) Have zero skills that can't miss. )

Just slap the medica trait onto the actual skill and trait cleric stance at level 16 instead.

Pretty much, one thing that has been bugging me since 3.0 release was the trait changes. We got from 2 of the most necessary traits to one we can't rely on and on another that's completely useless. Traits are something that will be stuck with us forever so seeing something good turn into something completely on trash level (looking at you quick stoneskin) is disheartening.
Plus it would make sense for the classes a crossclass skill originates from to be stronger than the crossclass ones just like virus and e4e are, though to be fair if SE really wanted to homogenize healers like they claimed, they would've removed those traits as well. But yoshida was never too fond of WHMs anyways, we're the living proof of the saying that god gives nuts to those without teeth when 3.0 brought more offense to WHM than ways of actually hitting stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't a bard have a skill that reduces the target's evasion allowing the party to never miss?

Yes but not 100% correct, it only lowers the accuracy requirement by 10%. Considering caster accuracy for A8S is 600, it only reduces it to 540, you still need to meld accuracy on your gear to reach that. It also forces brd into statics.

Or you meld 20 more acc and use good food like the apple struddel and you're good to go x3
