That is what I am thinking, since we cant add MND what is the best "3rd" stat for SCH?

If you don't want to add accuracy it's probably determination. I disagree on accuracy being a thing you shouldn't put on there though, I find the utility by itself of being able to hit reliably can be useful, and I personally rate that higher than either having more mp or having slightly stronger abilities.
Infusing drg novus until I cant infuse more with grade III sav aim/might, and the rest will be accuracy. Don't got 20m to spare for less than 1% damage boost, so not gonna bother with grade IVs...though I think the weapon tooltip would look pretty if I did :3
I want people opinion on if 9 critical and 6 determination worth blowing up my remaining Gil supply? So far after all the SBing I did the rngesus felt I needed piety and spell speed 4 instead of the material I need. (Sch novus)
I'm thinking of redoing my Novus because I didn't max Crit due to lack of gil when I made it.
Mine's currently at 44 (35+9) Acc, 30 Crit and 10 Det.
The new patch lets you re-do the stats without having to start from scratch. I'm having trouble deciding between 44 Crit + 31 Acc or 44 Crit + 31 Det. I dps quite heavily on turns 8 and 9, but I'm scared the new patches will be different.
Going Crit/Det is a lot more work (35 Alex) and is more expensive. With the Crit/Acc route I only need to redo 14 Alex. I've read about going either way but I still can't decide. Help me?
I'm still debaiting on how to build my Sch wep. I'm only 3 books away and collecting Alex (recently finished Bard Novus). I know i'll go crit and will stop at the 33 cap (or 30 if i want to even out another stat) and put on Det but I'm still iffy about doing SS. 40 is a hard number to loose but considering the low amount of SS I have anyway I'm only getting .05 sec shaved off of my two main heals (with a .06 recast reduction). So debaiting if it's worth trying to keep at least part of that 40 (something like 30) and only cut Determination by 3 and hope that the 30 crit makes up for a slight loss in Det. Or Do up to tier III for crit and det and dump rest into SS or acc or even piety.
SS is arguably the biggest waste for healing since the main benefit of it isn't how much time you can cut off of each cast, but how many extra actions you can execute over a period of time with the decreased casting time and reduced GCD delay. Since "always be casting" isn't the healer playstyle, the greatest benefit of stacking SS is wasted (this is why SS is great for BLMs and crap for every other caster).
ACC isn't a bad tertiary stat to help reduce misses while DPSing Coil.
PIE is hardly necessary, but a tiny smidge of PIE is certainly better than a tiny smidge of SS.
Short Answer: Don't prioritize SS as SCH at all. You can lose all of it and not notice a difference.
I've actually been leaning towards PIE/DET and spell speed if I can add a bit more I've thought about Crit but in my honest opinion I don't find Crit as useful on my WHM.
Full DET vs Full SS. It's either big heals or faster heals. Bigger heals=less over all healing=less MP usage. As a WHM its always better to have an abundance of MP especially in the situations where we might need to heal/raise a lot since its harder for us to regain resources and you can't always rely on Mage's Ballad since it cuts bards DPS, ~10% while its up, and sometimes you don't have one in the party.
SS is a stat that will only make a real difference in an abundance. ~25 SS=~0.03 sec. decrease. While arguably PIE doesn't make much a difference either, 33 PIE=~350 MP, still an extra Medica.
When possible I throw Aero(II) and even Holy to help DPS when there's downtime
More ACC=less misses
TLDR:
I want to be able to have big heals, extra MP in my pockets and DPS capability.
These are only the reasons to my stat priorities. WHM stats are debatable and their importance are determined by the players preferences and play style. If you plan on putting the time into the Relic quest line you should figure out what yours are.
Note:
CRIT isn't generally a favorable stat for WHM since we already have large/strong heals. Over healing from frequent crits can cause dangerous enmity spikes. (1 dmg = 1 enmity, 1 hp heal = 0.5 enmity) While you can combat this with Shroud you fall into the possibility of wasting it when you need it later for MP regain while its still on cooldown.
I am using PIE and SS, PIE because well, need moar MPs! Spell speed because almost every single ability we have is on the GCD, while you need a large amount to notice the different, when stacked high enough that extra few split seconds is the difference between a dead tank and clutch cure. Moral of the story: More spell speed makes healing more forgiving for a WHM.
P.S. It also buffs PoM.
