I would suggest as others have to explore other classes and job roles, there is a lot more to be done within those guild quests alone.

This game isn't designed for you to hit level 50 and just run end game. I know that's how most MMOs are designed, but the approach is that once you get your battle job to 50, you are expected to either 1) level your subjob for cross class skills or 2) level crafting/gathering. There are also a ton of "non progression" based things you can do.
Approaching this game as a gear treadmill is probably the wrong mentality.
Wrong, this game IS designed as a gear treadmill, especially with how harsh gear checks are past ifrit. Gear is such a huge deciding factor in doing anything past ifrit/4 man's at 50, as well as there being absolutely no way to progress your character at 50 outside of dungeons.
The entire end game is gear up to be able to do this - > do this until you have enough gear to be able to do this - > etc etc. Yoshi-P also said this in interviews many times, it's the design.
Crafts? Both ones I want at 50 are 50 in AF. Gathering? Fishing is 50 in full AF. Subjobs? Fully leveled for everything I want.
Learn to read, this isn't a complaint about "I have nothing to do", I have plenty to do, it's all accessible via instantly porting to dungeons from any city. That's the complaint.
Cool, you beat the game in 3 weeks. I don't know what to tell you.
Agree with ChanceSkeleton. I really doubt SE intended players to reach level cap in under 3 weeks, which is arguably why they nerf'd speed runs in dungeons and will probably end up altering the fate system in some way as well. As a long time fan of SE (back even when they were squaresoft) almost all of their games intend you to search all nooks and crannies of the world for content and not simply exploit a min/max feature in a race to the finish.
Everyone that is currently level 50 definitely put in a fair number of hours. Having multiple jobs at 50 is bordering on hardcore status. They're lying if they say otherwise.
