Account Suspended and WILL NOT accept my registration code... this is BAD.

as another thought; the reason i think it might just be a refresh issue is because i remember getting the "this code has already been registered" error as well. can't remember for which of the three codes it was but logic would dictate it wouldve been the correct one or else it would just come up as "code is invalid"... just a thought. I think (providing you have the right code) you should be good to go in a matter of time.

When exactly did you find your account suspended?

wait a second... you bought a physical copy of the game but dont have a physical copy of the game? how's that work ??? *scratches head* so you only have the pre-order code via email but have never recieved your legit copy of the full game? that would explain your issue :(

but why the heck would it take so long to get your pre-ordered copy of a game? that's kinda the point of preordering.. :/

I *found* out about it only about two hours ago... as for when they actually instituted the suspension, i don't know..

I ordered it through Amazon.com because they did not have digital up for pre-order at the time. I`ve had the game pre-ordered since early December 2012. The main issue for it being lay may be because I accidently ordered it through .com and not the Canadian counterpart, and I live in Canada.

The game was shipped on Friday last week. I have traced it, it`s in New Jersey right now, and estimated date is Sept. 11

And.. I`m at a dead end again. My `concerns` are being passed off to the marketing and promotional department that isn`t available during the weekend. I can expect a 1-2 business day wait.

Who will email me first. Amazon or SE. Or maybe I`ll just get lucky and the game will arrive first..

I have a friend with a similar issue, he has pre-ordered a physical copy of the game and was able to register for and play during early access, but hasn't been able to find his digital rights code and he says that the registration code in the physical case won't work, does anyone know if there is any other way to retrieve ones digital rights code?

Same thing happened to me so I went to gamestop and purchased the last copy of it. I bought 2 digital copies via their website and only got one code. I couldn't find their contact number so I just went out to buy a new copy. I love the game so much that I have to toss away 30 bucks just to play it. support ticket and email will probably take up to weeks or maybe months! lol

Yeah, sorry to hear Mako. I feel bad for ya, but at least we know your problem is solvable. you just need your code which means you need your copy of the game first lol (-__-)

It better fucking be solvable or SE just lost a lifetime fan. Probably means nothing to them, but I don't care anymore to this point.

dont give up man. in your case, it's not even really their fault >-< but i have good faith you'll be questing no problem once you recieve your copy.
