you've registered your pre order code but not your registration code. look for it in your e-mail. mine was sent on the 27th.

I just checked a minute ago and there was no active account and now it is there, this is getting interesting
I am having problems as well. I did make the mistake of starting a new service account under at the start of phase 4, but I never figured it would be a problem. I just thought that I could leave the one I used for phase 3 and continue and pay for service account #2. It even has it listed in my mog station, but it says inactive. I bought my ps3 physical copy at 12 on release, and put the registration code in as soon as I got home. I feel like I may have done so prematurely, as now it's saying the code is invalid. I seriously don't know what to do other then to call them up. All of my stuff is linked correctly, but like I said, I created a separate service account, but it is all umbrellaed under the main account, so I can't see that being what the problem is. I feel like this is on sonys end for the ps3 problems.
For anyone having problems with the ps3 registry, I think this is an error on sonys part. They just took FF14 of the PSN store not to long after people started getting booted. Something Screwy is going on.
Edit: Alright. This is incredibly stupid, but I found out why my code wasn't working. I have been reading a B in the code as an 8. Just in case anyone else has 8's in their codes, double check to make sure they aren't B's. /facepalm
