Launcher resets to Initial Registration Process

I guess I wait for the software to actually get here. I don't have another email with a different 20 digit code.

I found the email i had to search fore it, did not see it before then. but what do i do? do i add the code in the game cliant? do i go to a web site?
and there is a 20 dig code and below that tis a nother code that is 18. the 18 dig code is not the same as the old code i have.

Found out the problem. I bought my game from gamestop as a digital down load. The code we got from putting in the pre order bonus code for the Early Access code not the real games code. To get the real games code, Go to the Gamestop app, go to my games and hit refresh. It should say FF14 can be downloaded now. I bought it as a guest, can I still do this? It isn't showing up in my games because I didn't buy the game while signed into an account.

I've bought my copy from GreenManGaming and I've received an email from them on the 27th too regarding the access code. Apparently, there are 2 access codes give, one 18 digit code and another 20 digit code. Must have missed it or something, but I've take the 20 digit code and put it in for registration and succeed! Now, I'm back in the game as usual.

Also, it is worth to take note that your account and character will be preserved for you have an option to do so after re-entering the registration code.

So, check your email from the 27th, maybe you've missed out the code or something.

This worked for me. If you bought from Amazon check your game library. Another 20-digit code is in there.

Same issue here.

Although I didn't buy a digital copy, but a physical one from GameStop. I have both codes registered (early access, and now physical software) but cannot login.

No emails from SE in my inbox. Any ideas?

This also resolved my issue.

For those who bought the physical copy I believe the code will come with the game's package. I got digital version on PS store, so all those codes were already "installed" via PSN on my PS3, but a friend of mine bought the physical one on PlayAsia and decided to email them about the codes. PlayAsia replied that the there were codes for Early Access, but that the actual game's key only comes with the game itself, so my friend will have to wait for his physical copy to get the code
