This is why I wasn't that worried about the disconnection and log in issues. SE is a good company, and they might be a little slow at getting things done, but they always make it up to us.
It is a beautiful game that I love, and I am so glad that it seems to be doing so well despite the few issues here and there. SE deserves this~!
This is definitely a good way to make up for the issues we've been experiencing. I knew that SE would try to make it right and I hope this makes everyone feel bad about trash talking the people who are working so hard to bring us some damn good entertainment.

Well, I for one am glad to see this kind of response. It's eye opening for those of us that don't have a clue how these things work (including myself, ofc). Just knowing they're doing their best is enough for me. Hope their solution comes quickly. Hoping to get my fiance to play the game too, but currently no point if the char creation and worlds are locked. Good thing we're generally patient about these sort of things.
i can see both sides to this argument, personally. on the one hand, SE was unprepared for the mob. on the other hand, everyone in that mob made an investment. while it is natural for anyone to make a mistake (especially disappointing to make a critical mistake when one has poured their all into a project), it is also natural for someone who has made an investment in something that has gone badly to be pissed off.
if i was a chef, cooking an epic meal for someone, and the dipshit waiter drops half of it on the floor in transit... as the chef i would have every right to feel disappointed, but as the customer, i would have every right to express frustration.
Thanks for this, I knew we'll be getting compensated with free days due to the server congestion, not being able to login, creating characters, etc.

From what i understand we started our 15 free days on the 27, Do we also get free days? or only new subscribers? and how many days?
