error 3102

Cant login... 3102 for last 3 hours

Hours ago. Exact same behavior I'm getting as I did last Sunday -- 3102, unable to login or create any NA/EU characters.
People on the same networking equipment in a room next to me have no issue being on right now, zoning, playing. Friends also report no issue.

Now for the 2 hours since I've been getting the Error 3102 as well.

Anyone in this thread get around it yet?
