Digital River is providing FALSE information.

Hrm, that is interesting, I got my tracking number yesterday and today it finally updated with origination status, but they havn't charged me yet!?

In all my years of ordering online which has been a ton, I've never gotten a tracking number without being charged first. Ah well, if they forget to charge me, and send me a CE for free, thats their problem!

I called them yesterday and said that mine was "In Process" although it doesn't show anywhere in their site...I ordered it last May >< Hopefully it'll get updated soon.

Mine is being shipped from Minneapolis, MN to California, via UPS.

I just think it depends on where your location is at, and if you are close to MN then they will ship it another day. They paid for shipping but are holding it based on location. Otherwise you will get it earlier then the 27th.

wow, some hard heads in this thread.

Go to findmyorder.com and put in your ORDER number thats usually located in the email title of your confirmation email. put in your order number and password and go look at your order.

Then click the tracking number thats a hyperlink there. It takes you to the website of the company thats shipping it which is usually but not always newgistics.

The reason it takes you to UPS when you click it in your email is because your its a feature of your WEB BROWSER and not a hyperlink.

It takes 24 hours after Newgistics or whoever is shipping it sends out the cods before it shows up on their site to track, same way it usually works for UPS

The correct answer. Last night my package 'shipped' which really meant they printed a shipping label, I was unable to verify that until this morning. UPS/USPS/FedEx have always had a bit of a delay in updating their status so do take their status updates with that in mind.

Been 3 days and there is still no tracking number, and the customer service told me it have been sent oO

I'm kinda confused at the moment, anyone else can't track their order after a few days ?

Is this a Digital River bashing thread now?

Can we talk about how their customer service reps insisted there was a PayPal button on the Square Enix Store? Or how about when I called them, the rep took my credit card information to process an order, but never sent it through, causing me to have to list my credit card as stolen?

Yeah, guys, I think this one is on Digital River. Their track record says all.

Do they normally provide tracking outside the Us? I'm in Canada and was wondering that. I mean it isn't a big deal I am legacy so I can play anyways but I am not really expecting this to arrive before or on the 27th.

I'm in Canada too, I have sent another email to their customer service I'll let you know their answer, there was another Canadian w/o a tracking number somewhere in the previous pages.

I have the CE digital for PS3 I just wanted the item for the nerd that I am :3 but I'm getting worried that I'm not gonna receive a damn thing, despite ordering on May 29 ; ;

The customer Rep I have spoke to told me my order was shipped and billed, but I have no tracking number and it has been 3 days. She also mentioned I should be getting the shipment on September 10.
