-complete /search function from 11 along with seeking party and party flag added, current system is useless
-npc that stores gear sets and celebration goodies

A mog house. And the idea about having furniture that you can use to craft is brilliant. Our characters don't have homes in 14... instead we have a npc we hire to hold and occasionally sell our crap. I want my mog house.
Sanction and the whole national pride. Crystals dropping from everything is great... but i miss having to run to get sanction and actually being part of a nation. Now its more "oh... where did you start?"
Defined classes. Screw this armory system.. your weapon doesn't decide how you use it and what abilities you have... your abilities dictate how you use your weapon. Its so damn backwards.
Skill chains, and make them useful.
Better animations. When i played beta and saw the same animation for every action i thought it would change...

More dangerous zones.. like Armageddon said.. the world is too tame. Half the fun was the danger. We don't even loose exp in 14... why the hell does it matter if its dangerous?

Well, I know someone said make the leves either solo/4man/8man, and someone else mentioned being able to change hair styles. I would like to see costumes. The choco costumes and the little bug lookings costumes were cute along with the rabbit ones and the mandragora ones ^_^
