Nah. I really hate his gut for what he did. And... he's ugly. Even I could hate sexy Garuda if she ever manage to do grand scale like that. :p

Pretty sure you guys probably did get the reference/simile, but for any who don't follow Disney: Bahamut is like Genie in Aladdin. If the wrong person gets hold of his lamp, he can be used for evil purposes. That isn't to say Bahamut is good or evil in his free nature, but to say that Bahamut at the time was arguably under some form of control by the Garlean Empire.
