No, i hope to never have a cash shop in my subscription based mmo's. I'm sure they would make a ton but i really dont want to see it happen. You would think with more money they could fund more updates to the game but that is not always the case. WoW is the king example of greed when it comes to to their cash shop. Millions of sales with updates once ever 6 months.
I just dont trust the cash shops once they are implemented. It adds nothing overall to the game itself to make it better. I would rather farm that bad ass mount and earn it rather than sending $25 to squeenix. -

Im for the idea if they are properly priced & added as unsellable & unobtainable by other means but pose no purpose to push yourself further in the game ~ that includes no achivments for them!.
*peronaly i'd like to be able to buy seals because of lack of ways & the amount of time it takes to get them. but as i said thats my personal reasons why i think that, hopefuly they will fix it in 2.0 so i dont feel that way. -
