Even if it is the case, it genuinely doesn't matter, you also gain damage reduction from Bloodwhetting and will be healing 2-3 salves of damage, so popping it at the start of a pull is a less than ideal but still plenty good way to use. Damn skill is so overpowered for dungeon pulls that if you are just firing it off cooldown you are using it plenty well.

the question is more what went wrong to make that person complain and less whats necessairy for a dungeon, isnt it?
