I'm done with this game until they fix this.
Deep Dungeon DDOS prevention failed spectacularly. It doesn't matter when the queue is in the thousands.
Truly pathetic.
Server disconnects are happening every 9 hours or less. It is making a game that we pay for unplayable.
If my guess is right - next one will hit at 10 pm EST
I'm sorry, that really sucks. They should've given a much more generous grace period and seriously re-examined how they treat mass swaths of users disconnecting at once. Whatever cybersecurity measures they've taken are clearly not working, so they may as well start focusing on mitigating in-game losses.
Look, NTT contract, penny pinching, hardware failure conspiracy, angry RMT vengeance plot, whatever, I don't care. We need better communication. The same copy-paste on the lodestone is no longer cutting it.
