So uh, BR is actually easy

I did a full guide on BR / Macros and such under my name in the Lodestone Blogs:

A majority of the time we don't even do /p chat Battle Regimens, we just stack skills macro (ferocity/raging strike/cadence etc.) and select /br and melt mob's faces now.

I play with controller so basic /br macro = winning

Mainly just BR Ruin + Damage but sometimes if done right we stack Constraint on wolves in leves. NM's are a different story.... :)

Combat is just too fast-paced to make Battle Regiments worth it to me.

Lol, just start doing them, eventually someone might join in.

It has a pretty unique marker so people who dont know what you're doing will either ask or just go whatever.

people who do will be like "holy crap battle regimens"

now this is the stuff I wanna see more of. GOOD JOB !!!

Once you start doing NMs, they're quite necessary. Yeah, for your regular humdrum grind/leve PTs there's no need.
