Overall i dont like Viera and i dont think they are, just like Miqote, in any way "exotic" or something like this.
Its more like your typically japanese cosplay bunny girl or cat girl.
The Burmecians and the Bangaa look more original.
But im more for a complete new race. -

Even though I knew they'd never win I'm all for Bangaa. I love their colourful scales. And they even blindfold themselves just for the looks! Yes, they are that awesome.

Didn't the question refer to them as Beastmen? Therefore won't we not able to play as them?
If that's the case, I don't really care what we get - though if it does end up being viera, I hope to god they aggro because otherwise you're just gonna see people standing around them... seemingly AFK... for about 20 minutes... -
