I mean with as many blm I've had to rescue out of mechanics and just stand in the puddles, usually out of a healer's aoe range, just so they don't have to interrupt their casting, I would have to say, yeah it kinda is depending on who is behind the kb. blm and drg are typically the worst offenders of ignoring mechanics and just expecting to be healed through.

When I do get one of these guys I just don't heal them, let them get a ko and then slow raise them. If you want me to contribute to your parse, you are in for a surprise.

Remove healers and re-balance them as "Support"

all dps is guilty of that. the melees will not move out oranges and the ranged whether magical or physical be way too far lol .

Ty fully I never be called out by saying healer why not heal me. last time was a snobby rdm in the 2nd nair raid saying am not heal not shielding them yet the other 6 party members was getting my heals and shields no problem but they refuse to be close like ok.

No, its more like I've played MMO's that have turned trinity content into role agnostic content and the mechanics become incredibly simplistic and boring to make up for the loss of important and specific roles like tanking and healing. I also find it hilarious that comments like yours come from players like you that barely engage in end game content at all.

I never said the other dps were not guilty as well, but blm and drg and the most guilty from my 12 years exp with this game, drg also being a melee so that was covered.

As for ranged, if they won't come in healer aoe range, I rescue them into range, if they run back out they just get no heals and when they die, they will have to wait on me to have a spare moment to slow raise them. They can kick me if they want but I am not going to babysit one person because they want to be a mile away when there is no reason to be.

And if you read the topic at all, you'd have read how OP suggested to improve the self healing on DPS jobs to justify the removal of the healer role.

Reading Comprehension is harder than Healing in this game given how people are so quick to ignore that.

If you're looking on FFLOGS, you won't really find anything on there because I play on PS4 and don't have a parser to upload. Doesn't mean I don't do endgame content and have done so in the past but I legitimately don't really care about it as much as I used to because Healing has become stale and I refuse to tolerate it.

You being on the PS4 doesn't matter lol...Other people in your groups will upload their logs and your data gets included into it.

That's assuming that they post the parse at all. The last parse I've seen from a random group was from back in SB.
