Little disappointed the SMN winners are both pretty conventional books, but the carbie one is cute at least.
Of our finalists this probably would have been my pick
I think BLM got the best set, I love both winners ^^

I love the creativity. Paladin with a spoon and a frying pan. Umbrellas for weapons. A paint palette for SCH/SMN.
This is a Weapon design contest??? Sure seems like a Umbrella design contest.
I'm a huge fan of astrophysics so seeing a weapon designed with an actual (theoretical) black hole shape is really exciting! I hope - much like the hairstyle contest - all of the winners and finalists get to be released at some point.
I agree! TBH the most interesting DNC weapons to me, so far, are the ones with very distinct shapes: Titania because they're faerie wings, Cryptlurker because they are sycthes and the lv90 artifact because it looks like a mix between a dagger and a fan.
I was hoping to see an actual fan among the winners, but hey!
lots of umbrellas and marine creatures? is this hinting towards a themed dungeon set?
They did AST and DNC dirty, to be honest. I get the AST choice with astrology and all, but, God, there must've been some more interesting designs. Heck, the flower finalist AST weapon was beautiful. Also, that first finalist BRD bow is gorgeous (though the first finalist is also great, so I'm not complaining). I wish they'd implement more of the different contests' entries. They add so much variety.
This is how weapon designs should look like than the ones we have in game lol they all look amazing! Kudos to people who took their time designing these weapons out.
I'm a bit bummed about the Holy paladin weapons not winning since they look terrific, but I like the PLD weapon winner too.
I particularly like DNC, WAR (Ba'gangsaw, warrior don't get enough saw weapons), BLU umbrella (RDM is also okayish, but way less fitting), RDM non umbrella weapon (possible Diana cosplay inc lol) and WHM moon staff.
I'm also interested about the white ceramic MCH weapons, pretty original.
Curious how each class have a "serious weapon" winner and a "silly weapon" winner. Did I miss something there?
