because the world governments dont regulate the internet therefore people will continue to be asshats since they know they wont be punished for it

Think of it like this: the servers had issues this morning, then we hit the busiest time of the evening. It's like hearing a knock in your car's engine and going, "ok let's hit the race track!". Not gonna end well. Let's just hope they can get it figured out.

It's literally impossible to "regulate" the internet though, lol. Unless you are regulating who can use it and what they can say. None of that is going to stop hackers. Guess that's kind of off topic though. Just letting it be known that the government probably shouldn't have the means to regulate the internet. That's a terrifying precedent.
