How many people are excited for Endwalker?

How can I not be? It's the finale of the storyline since the beginning of the game. We're getting 2 really cool looking jobs, Pandaemonium is the raid tier, we're finally finding out about the Twelve, we're just reaching a very high note for the game (hopefully).

didn't pre ordered for the first time, shB was a big letdown, i don't feel that there is something "more" coming in the next expansion.

maybe after all these years, and knowing how patch cycle will be again, the magic faded away and it's not just a new coat of paint that will make me hyped

Very, very, very excited. When ever I am talking with my friends the conversation always ends up being about FF14. It's something we all have in common and they share my excitement to the point of giddy.

I'm kinda in the meh zone right now. Like I know I'll buy and play it and I'll enjoy the story but nothing really else.

I'm excited for post-msq, to be honest. Like I'm interested in how the story will play out, but I'm more looking forward to what I will be able to do after the story is over :)

I'm very excited for Endwalker, have it marked on my calendar for the prerelease since I ordered it early. It'll be my first time in FFXIV joining when an expansion is newly released since I did join FFXIV back in late 2019. Just trying to plan ahead so that I have no homework to do for my college classes so I can have that week clear.

Mostly looking forward to Male Viera finally being a thing since I'll be using a fantasia to swap this Viera to male. I'm definitely looking forward to the conclusion of the Hyaedalyn/Zodiark arc as well as the new jobs being released. I am curious though what the new storyline is going to be, since I'm not sure where they'll be taking it.

I hope that not too much is leaked before release that some surprises remain for all of us. But then this is the internet.

I'm excited for the new jobs/skills, the future battle content and glamours.
Storywise, I'm waiting for the story/release trailer before getting hyped.I was really disapointed by 5.4 MSQ, and kinda meh after 5.55 so yeah, we'll see. I hope SE will introduce interesting characters like they did with Ryne, the Exarch ( not Graha), Ardbert or Emeth Selch. So far, we only have boring Zenos, raging teen Fandaniel and the ultra annoying WoL fanbois and gals. It's not much.

to be frank i'm not really excited about endwalker.

yea I was hopeful they'd really changes things up and stuff but after seeing the live letters and stuff as well as seeing them finally explaining their reasonings why they can't implement certain features like making the glamour dresser infinite as well as focusing even more on making the game focus more solo types of content rather then group based ones. I think this might be my last expansion I play for XiV if the negative things of what I think what they'll do and implement does come true in it. I hope my personal predictions are wrong though and I end up loving it but being with this product since 2011 has kinda taught me that as the years go on the more this game is drifting further and further away from what I liked about it originally and into something that is more of a clone for WoW from Cata+ which I didn't enjoy.

You know sometimes we out grow things and that goes for MMOs. It happens, I tried to go back to EQ and EQ2 it just wasn't the same and it never will be. But they are still around, people still play them. The thrill was gone my friend and it wasn't coming back. Where when you died you deleveled or had to run and get your body to resurrect. People would have a fit if they had to endure those things in MMOs nowadays.

So I am happy I am enjoying FFXIV and will really enjoy Endwalker, I hope you do too! I hope you are wrong in a good way😄
