Perhaps Dalamud is a planet inhabited by another species which will be introduced in 2.0?

anyone rembers the conversation between the garlean silverarmor and red armor guys? the silverarmor guy was talking about controlling dalamud with the help of some kind of Allagian tombstones (if i remember correctly). dont this stuff on dalamud looks like crosses? maybe this things are these tombstones.

Dalamud IS 2.0

The spires are the devs building the new world spaces, and the plot twist will be, when Dalamud destroys Eorzea we all land on Dalamud and 2.0 starts from there, with all the finished world spaces ready for us.

And to all of the people making the Death Star jokes I am very VERY disappointing in you! Not a single "That's no moon... it's a space station." joke and it is so perfect here! Pick it up guys... your slipping.

I wonder... they will use the ffXIII's ending again....
it has something huge falling down and a crystal thing!
