The only place I know there are gametime cards available would be Amazon that has a brazilian marketplace now.
Good hint though, I'll go look it up!

I haven't chosen to live in Brazil, matter of fact I got one visa request denied to New Zealand.
I speak 3 languages and am pretty sure I can work myself out starting from 0 but there's something called Visa and other bureaucratic things that don't allow me to do so.
We are for sure talking about different things and you're running away from the thread real discussion.
I see people are really bad at currency conversion.
The OP wants regional pricing. So, taking the entry-level subscription price of $12.99, he wants to pay 12.99 BRL, which is equivalent to roughly $2.67 USD, because that fits better in with his currency. So, how can this be contrived in any other way than he wants to pay less than everyone else? Everyone else pays $12.99 USD for an entry-level sub, and he wants to get away with $2.67. It's ridiculous.
I must have forgot that all immigrants are rich. Oh, wait, they're not. If he chooses to remain in his country, that's his choice, and completely reflective of his wealth. When you make that choice, don't expect the world to bend over backwards for you; that's special snowflake syndrome at its worst.
Remember, video games are a privilege, not a right. If you can't afford it, find another hobby.
We don’t all pay the same subscription. Legacy accounts have a subscription discount, due to them playing in 1.0.
I think BR players should get a discount, simply because they cannot play the game the way it’s intended. There’s no BR servers, so they have much higher ping, which makes the game less enjoyable.
Anyway, I think OP means more in terms of not how much money the sub is, but what you can usually buy for that amount in BR. For the cost of FF14 sub, I can get 2 large meals at a fast food restaurant, in BR you could probably buy much much more.
I’d personally would like to pay my sub with the usd price, rather than eu price. The sub in EU is $12.99. In the US, it’s $12.99 usd. Europeans are actually paying more than Americans, 12.99 EU is worth $14 usd
Yes, you absolutely can buy much more in BR for the same amount, and that's a choice the OP has to make. But do you know what's going to happen again (because it happened once before) if BR got regional pricing? All the VPNs and address spoofers will come out, and a huge amount of non-BR players will start paying in BR, giving S-E a fraction of the revenue that they would otherwise get.
It does not work. It cannot work. Either you pay in USD or you don't. It's that simple.
