Thing would change, certainly we will see more such issue and more fall into grey area, in best case scenario they would need extra man power to cope with the increase reports and in worst case the community will divide or turn very toxic, because there are MMO that let such tool took over the community

Of course, make it purely personal.
Can't be abused out of people demanding to know what rank you got, which I think sounds pretty weak, but even then, it's vague enough to not be too informative to others.
It'd simply be "I only got 3 stars last time, I should try for 4 stars."

The 'Speed of Completion' would be the party-wide metric to go by.
The 'Personal DPS/HPS' would be your personal metric to measure improvement on.
The 'Enemies killed' would be the dick-waving grade to boast with, that wouldn't overtly shame anyone for poor performance.

Oh it would be abused. Back in the late 2000's WoW had an addon called GearScore, which took your average ilvl and compared it to what was needed to clear something and when you were overgeared status. Orange was "clearable, but needed to work for it" while Green was "overgeared" for the content. You had plenty of people enforcing "green or better" for raids and what not even when they themselves were orange or worse. It was terrible, and directly responsible for a lot of original vanilla WoW players deciding to up and leave (keep in mind these were people who were just peachy keen on pretty much any other mod, including dps and threat meters). Point being, it really ruined the enjoyment of the game because it was such an arbitrary thing.

Translating that to here you'd have people requiring certain star levels/hps/damage total thresholds - proof provided via screenshot - or else no admittance. The same restrictions on ACT usage with others would be enforced of course, but that wouldn't stop the min/maxing munchkins from attempting to do what's in their nature.

We have that system already in PF. People set min ilevels well above their own all the time and the community hasn't broken.

So, no need to change anything then. The system works! Best leave it as is. If it ain't broken and all that.

Ilevels requirements do not provide any information about performance, which is what people are asking for so your logic there doesn't work. Personal parses are a great way to know how well you're doing across all skill levels in a concrete form. E.g. it's one thing to know that melding increases your dps but some amount, but quite another to see how much it actually does. It's VERY significant, but without a parser you wouldn't realize just how
surprisingly significant it really is.

I also want one and don't really buy their excuses for not adding it. There are already TOS preventing abusive behaviour and there are already external tools for it. Just enforce the TOS and tweak them to accommodate the introduction of a parser. They add too much valuable information to not be around.

Maybe just enable it for savage/ex modes if you're concerned about "increased reports", as if a certain mod is not already used in these situations. I'd just like something better integrated with the game engine.

We either need a damage meter or increased feedback to our performance as a whole. Counteract the increased reports by adding a condition to beat a certain check before you can do EX/Savage - the gap between story content and content like EX/Savage is far too wide without feedback and something telling players when they're not yet ready.

Which could also be a sign that their normal content is under-tuned and they're not really helping their players improve by keeping it at such a level.
