Hardest and Easiest

So now that I have unlocked more skills in BLM, I would say that it’s more difficult for me to get the rotation down, but once you figure it out, it’s really not too bad I guess. Plus, being able to hit soft reset with UI and start over the rotation is nice even if it lowers my overall dps contribution.

My biggest issue with any roles rotation is my fat thumbs :/

I think Monk is super easy, and then I hear everyone saying Monk is crazy hard.

People say SAM is easy, but I have trouble keeping track of their guage.

It really just comes down to what clicks for you and what you enjoy playing.
Think we can agree RDM and DNC are easiest though.

I like how this game's classes are hard in different ways.

BLM has one of the easiest rotations in the game but it gets really hard having to deal with mechanics & mobility.
MNK has an easy rotation too but you have to deal with positionals. (even though not as much anymore now in ShB.)
SMN has in my eyes the hardest rotation in the game but has an easier time with mobility compared to BLM.
Some people say MCH is hard but other than having a fast paced playstyle (lots of buttons to press & some gauges & cooldowns to track.) it doesn't need to pay attention to movement & mechanics much.

Out of all classes that i've played the ones I find hardest are SMN, closely followed by BLM.
Easiest one being RDM.

Does seem a contest between dancer and RDM some seem to bend in different ways on which ones easier.

I personally found dancer easier,

Tbh overall I find outside the top 3 difficulty becomes a blurred line.

Comparing gameplay from bards, to dancers, to RDM to SAM the difficulty doesn’t really seem to adjust by that much at all anymore.

But I guess that’s part of what makes the difficulty in this game a great one

I think difficulty is very subjective, I found BLM rotation easy and tons of skill to keep up buff and mobility
while I struggle with MNK keeping the GL up while making sure I am at right position

MCH and RDM have simple rotation but I found it not very forgiving when miss align my CD/buff with my oGCD (MCH) and Black/White Mana(RDM)

I'd not say SMN is really hard to play atm.

It's more... cluncky than hard, too many completely disconnected mechanics and layers give the impression the class is harder than it actually is, when in fact that's only the result of bad design.
