Main Monk,BLM here since ARR and don’t plan to change them.
BUT its about geared up priority between these 2 jobs.
Back in ARR,my geared up’s priority went to Blm.
In HW and SB,Geared up’s priority change to Monk.
And now Shadowbringer with well...current monk...
I might change my geared up priority to Blm again ....

Still SCH/RDM at the moment.
But since i´m leveling all Jobs to 80 it could of course change later.
That is the best about this game for me, I can change mains whenever i want, because its all on 1 Charakter.

Switched from AST to WHM since I dont find playing AST enjoyable anymore due to card changes and low healing performance.

I did not :) as awkward as it is having a totally different job under the same name for a third time in a row.
I did change my secondary from Monk to Gunbreaker though, for character headcanon reasons (shooty, engineery prodigy-like)

I have been playing mostly BLM and WHM since i've played this game. I'm still playing the jobs but i'm playing DNC too as it was a job i was waiting since a while.

I switched from RDM/BLM to Dancer, cause it's what I've wanted to play ever since 1.0, and I absolutely love it.

Switched from SMN to WHM for the moment, because it is really really bad, and doesn't feel rewarding to put a lot of effort into buttonmashing and tripple weaving lol

came back to the game from few years pause from the game, leveled DRG to 80, made him anima weapon, got bored by button mashing and too complicated rotations (more than 25 buttons keybinded) and low dmg 100 button dmg ratio really piss me off, switched now for SAM and I like it better. DRG class needs macros from pvp. 1983298 buttons and skills does not make class interesting, quite opposite. Watching my skills if i pressed right button while aoes, mobs attack me really is not my thing, and cant enjoy fighting.

I mained healing in HW/SB. I was a SCH/AST but after the changes they don't feel right to me anymore. I gave up healing entirely. I heard that they wanted to have healers focus more on healing so that is why the jobs changed. I get it but i loved DoTs/shadow flare on my sch and they are sorely missed, I'm bored on the Job. AST....my poor AST. I hate it. I feel weak, the cards are a mess in my opinion and it's just not fun to play always fishing for seals. I'm just over it.
I DPS now. I main MCH. I liked it in HW and I love it now. So that was a nice change. I put my Ninja on hiatus maybe for drg or sam. I don't know yet.
As for MDPS, I was a RDM. I don't know I am just enjoying melee/rdps more this expansion pack.

I haven't switched yet, but I'm in the process of getting my BLM to 80. I mained SMN in 2.0 and 3.0, and RDM in 4.0. After being disappointed with the fact that RDM wasn't really expanded upon, I went back to SMN after all the job changes were announced. I don't hate the current iteration of SMN, and I think it's close, but it just doesn't flow like the other two jobs. I think fixing SMN would be pretty simple. Increase potency on egi assaults, and increase CD to 60 seconds each, each granting 2 ruin IVs. Maybe even slightly lower recast of DWT and FBT
