I recall the thread you were referring to regarding my plea to WoW Refugees specifically to continue to provide feedback to the WoW team. I attempted to reason that the death of an AAA MMORPG with a player base as large as WoW's would do more harm than good to the genre. However, many disagreed and proved me otherwise.

Additionally, the majority of my replies within this thread are questions about Shadowbringers Early Access plans. Honestly, I would like to talk about both games. If you want to gauge my agenda then there it is. I'm attempting to start a friendly dialogue, though it seemed to backfire completely like the first WoW thread.

My apologies, I didn't mean to break the rules. I wanted a friendly discussion. I wanted to see what everyone had planned for today and on the 28th.

Going to take a nap mid Thursday so I can wake up near 4am on Friday. Patch the game and go make my Hrothgar! I'm pretty excited, might play around with Dancer for a bit on this guy but my first priority is to have a new Hrothgar main.

Well yes, this a place to mainly talk about FFXIV, not WoW - just how the WoW-forums are most likely a place to mainly talk about WoW, not other games.
If you want to talk about both games within the same thread, I'd recommend you try an independent platform like reddit and not take it into the official chanels where you're most likely to find a fanbase of either one or the other thats not overly intrested in the other one.

You appear to still have this hidden agenda of trying to convince people to come back to WoW or start playing WoW at least as a sidegame to FFXIV and are now doing it under the disguise of Shadowbringer-plans while telling someone whos sharing their plans with you "Hey, you know what else would be great? If you'd play WoW!"
This isnt coming across as friendly dialouge to me, but almost as some sort of "native advertising" and people usually dont take kindly to that.
Talk about Shadowbringer Early Access plans, ask people to share theirs - but what has WoW to do with any of that?

You mean, in regards to this game, right? Then ask that. As I already mentioned: If you wanted to discuss what people are planning for their 5.0-experience your title is terribly missleading. Today is not a patch day for FFXIV. Its the last tuesday before the major expansion - but still a normal tuesday in regards to patches. Your title suggests otherwise. And if you want to know how people are spending their WoW-patchday, maybe ask the WoW-community?

To correct your falacious assumption (or the possibility of me having been unclear), I was referring to the people who frequent this forum and their interest in activities and information on this specific forum, in which case, yes, I believe that the majority are, in fact, more interested in FFXIV than WoW.

I assumed this was obvious from the context of the post that you had replied to which spurred my comment.

Then why not read and post in the myraid other threads on that topic, rather than shilling for WoW by stealth?

Well, I'll just work, since I have a job. If ShB goes online before 28/06, well... I won't play it anyways, because I will be at work. And when at home, I have a family to take care.

I will only have time for games at day 29, when ShB will be out anyways. So... No need for gaming plan for me.

Edit: What is WoW again? It's something we eat or we put it on hair?

Well, I picked up the quest for Nazjatar on my two main characters (one on each faction), but that's it. Going back to my alts to continue leveling them and then maybe come back to my main and do the story. It depends on my mood how far I complete.

All I know is when the maintenance is over on the 28th, I'll be playing FFXIV exclusively. I play WoW (and other MMORPGs) in my downtime from FFXIV.

That's actually slow. The MSQ and rerunning some dungeons a couple of times should get you to level cap within the first day long before midnight (and that's with reading every text and watching every scene). The only slow part is queueing if you're DPS, unless you use TRUST.
