Dancer is a DPS

This is the most disappointing fan fest ever. I have waited four years for a healer, and if I don't get one. I don't know how I'm going to feel.

I am BORED of the healers we have. I have tried them all, and I need something NEW if I'm going to stay subbed. My interest is waning. I just wanted one new job for healers. That is all.

3 expansions in a row with dps, for sure they will loose many subs should 6.0 even have 1 dps

The 3rd one isn't even really like... anything new. It's just a mashup of SCH/WHM. :(

I am actually laughing and rolling on the ground by this choice.

However, atleast we got a Throwing Dagger DPS Job now.

I've been a WHM main for the majority of my time with the game, switched to DPS around 4.1. I was considering a switch back to healer if we got a new healer.

I'm somewhat relieved that Dancer isn't the new healer though. I wanted Chemist. Part of the reason why I switched to DPS is that I got a bit tired of the feminine class/gear aesthetics on all the healer classes (No offense to anyone who enjoys that style).

Dancer looks to also be more centered around the feminine when it comes to it's design (FF Tactics dancer was female only).

Healers need a bit more variety, thematically. Still sucks that Healers got nothing so far though. They should've pulled a Heavensward and given us 3 classes, maybe they still will, but I doubt it.

i feel like i might be the only person who totally digs dancer being dps. ranged dps, specifically lol

Of course the leaker was true for everything excepted for Dancer...

Please SE, give us one healer job for 5.0 !

Honestly relieved DNC isn't a healer, considering the imbalance between SCH, AST and WHM. At least the tanks are somewhat respectable, but I can't say the same for how WHM is viewed.
