I've been engaging in this discussion. I didn't just come here to pick holes in your argument, and I've already made multiple posts on the actual topic prior to the one you responded to.

My thoughts right now are that I don't want to respond any more to you, after you've made at least as many assumptions as you've accused me of making.

I happened to miss a non-obvious solution (convoluted alt-making) to assume an obvious one (expecting people to post details so you can contact them). And because of that you've chosen to be insulting rather than re-explain something that wasn't clear before. Someone else already questioned your non-posting of contact details, and you didn't explain your intentions then.

Why should I have to explain the obvious *look to the left of your screen* bam there is all everyone needs to contact someone. It’s not my job to handhold people through resources they should already know they have. It’s right in front of your face and there are post guides and rule guides all over the forum that should be looked at before people ever consider starting to post/respond.

So it would go like this

“Hey I wouldn’t mind chatting with you in discord”
“Okay cool I’ll send you an add in-game meet me in Limsa once I get my alt ready”
-load presave, go to Limsa, add-
-exchange details-
-chat in discord channel-

.... it’s simple.

Your big plan for sharing info "privately and safely" hinges on a feature that won't be out until March? Then why the heck did you make start the conversation in January? lol

And we know you are on Balmung. That was BillyKaplan's entire point. People can't make alts to contact you for your Discord info because your server is locked. Really, either you are being exceptionally obtuse or my very first impression (that this whole thread is just your attempt to stir the pot) was accurate.

Who said anything about me expecting anyone else to make an alt? I sure didn’t. I mentioned myself making one. I’m not having someone go out of their way to make an alt when I am the one inviting to chat vocally. #fullyawareofwhatcongestedservermeabswhenilogindaily.

Yes let's all make an alt on a locked server that might not even allow people to visit once the server visit is in place due to the fact it's already highly congested. Also unless you send those verbal conversations with people to the dev team they're useless vs this thread for at least here there's a chance for the topic to at least reach someone.

Now would it be nice to have more outfits from other FF ladies? Yes it would as I'm sure that some would also like Paine's or Lighting's X-2 outfit.
