I just want to give hope to everyone else in this thread and say that 4.41 has fixed my issue in all the zones I've been able to test -- Limsa, Gold Saucer (I even did a GATE!), and Syrcus. :) I will definitely let you guys know if I do encounter it, but I hope the best to you all, whether this was an actual game issue or simple corrupted file.
EDIT: Only most of my crashing has been fixed. I tried going to Upper La Noscea and crashed once again. Everywhere else has been fine so far, however.

Between crashing in 24-man raids and PvP and places like Rhalgr's Reach, this is just getting unavoidably obnoxious; whatever issue this is, the hotfixes didn't fix it.

I was actually finally able to fix all of my issues by completely doing another uninstall of FFXIV (Fifth time >_>), deleting any leftover files of FFXIV in the documents folder. I then did a complete restart of the PC, holding down the Shift key while you press Shutdown to not save any data. This is something not many people know about, just hitting shutdown puts the PC into a sort of sleep mode and it reopens data from your previous session when it starts back up.
Before I reinstalled FFXIV, I opened the command prompt as admin and copied in the following without quotation marks "for %d in (*.dll) do regsvr32 -s %d" - this will basically force your .dll files to fix themselves if there is any corrupted files, I then reinstalled FFXIV, did the same restart above ^ without updating it, updated the game then did a final restart and loaded in my saved config. It seems to have fixed all of my issues with Alphascape crashing, but it is the same errors as you guys all have. If you guys can give this a go, please try it. I must stress you *have* to delete the folder in documents.

It takes me 26 hours to redownload the client on my connection.. so I was hoping to get some sort of better answer than that from the GMs, but thats a more solid answer than the absolute nothingness we've been given so far. Thanks for that Arson. I might give it a go later. Though maybe someone with a faster connection than I can give it a try first to confirm this method works.

It has been a few days since I did my fix and there has not been any issue at all still, in any zone.

Add me to the list of people having this issue and the errors mentioned by the previous posters.
I recently did a fresh install of Windows 10 and FFXIV and I still have the issue.

+1 to the unfortunate list
My game crashes with that DX11 error with a few of the newer areas (The whole quest line for deltascape, MSQ 4.1 onwards, this list will probably grow)
I've tried everything that has been listed in this thread for windows 10 system. (including clean boot, clean reinstall, switch to dx9 etc).
Currently playing on my Alt character and running find through all the older maps so I think its just the new stuff that causing my issue.

Hello everyone.
I apologize that I have not responded to this thread. However, I'd suggest create a new thread so we can render assistance individually.
