its one game day/1 RL hour... but its not on the hour since the game clock doesn't change days at the top of the hour

1 day = 72 minutes
1 hour = 3 minutes
1 minute = 3 seconds

Just got the "most loved couple" achievement, my partner got the 2 finishing ones, but I didn't. Is that normal? Do you only get them if you are the one speaking with the npc?

did you talk to the NPC after?
i had to do that with my mule, get evaluated even though she had 0 points and it gave me the rewards

If only I wasn't so darn shy in game.

I did, it only told me i have 0 points. I think you have to talk to the NPC before the day ends, problem is, we registered on last minutes of that day, so the moment we registered, we were announced as the couple of the day.

I had this happen to me. My party member was the one who registered us, so I didnt get my choker straight away. I talked to the NPC (the 2nd option II think) and i got my choker and final acheivement. I got it after the hour had rolled over, so try talking to the npc again and go through all the options.

I didn't get anything while speaking with them yesterday, but got it immediately today, even though the NPC didn't allow me to register because of being under 20 points.

Yes, plus a lodestone achievement for being named the most loved couple of the day in any of the 3 cities.
