Goblet needs a bit of a makeover period. Center area with the pool was an excellent start.

Mist:

Goblet:
Small - LOL (not counting them all)

Large - 24

Shirogane:

In conclusion, if ur end game is housing switch to famfrit for easy mode.

Tonberry is down to 16 plots in Goblet. I'm actually surprised they're still there o.O

^ Goblet is pretty boring as compared to the other locations to be honest... The only nice thing I find there is the nightsky and the swimming pool in the middle.

We don't know that. They can obviously see the data. But, if we wanted feasible solutions, it's far better to expect them to update map data than go through spaghetti code and change the number or wards/plots available per housing district.

I thought it was boring at first but it has grown on me. That night sky is unbeatable, too. Goblet could use a bit more flare, imo. Maybe more greenery since it's supposed to be an oasis of sorts. It's essentially the Beverly Hills of Ul'Dah/Thanalan...it should look the part.

Buyer's market picking up again. Perhaps newer players finally picking up the cash they need to pick up a small house that has depreciated quite a lot. Many medium houses got bought up in the Goblet this week. Shirogane still locked down tight. I observed some houses were auto-demolition as well (based on price).
