It is live. No waiting, the plots are ready for purchase.

There is NO delay. Housing plots are available.

I was able to queue in pretty fast at 368 and managed to snag a Medium Plot without any problem. But like less than 15 minutes later the novice chat began to say all the Mediums and Larges were gone already. Hope everyone got something at least.

Balmung was/is smooth sailing. Snagged a lake front plot for my FC and there are still tons of plots open @ 20 min into servers going up.

It's almost like their new approach to housing release actually worked.

The most desirable plots are already gone - Shirogane 30/60, Lavender Beds 11/41, Mists 5/35 etc. Tons of smalls still up and "less desirable" larger houses available, at least on Levi. Mind you, it's also only 30 minutes after maintenance.

Wow, whoever spread that "mistranslation" isn't very popular now.

On Shiva all Large Plots were pretty much gone after 5 minutes but there are still a few non-Shirogane Medium Plots available. The housing situation is still messy, just not as messy as before.

Some of the restrictions put in place helped. We didn't have the same people buying up 2+ plots this time around.

Whoever came up with the wrong translation needs to take some extra language lessons.
SE needs to make better announcements as well. An extra clarification on front page wouldn't hurt.
Never trust Live Letter translations 100%. It's not first time they spread misinformation.
