Even then that doesn't make it an interactive project. The other three are still just standing there waiting (and standing there while one person feeds the items to finish in one go is how it works out most of the time anyways).

It will never happen. Devs wants an FC have four members at very least, and next patch requiring four members to be able buy housing, says it all.

Not for purchase, more for completing projects.... I mean people complain enough for the dumbest of things so hopefully this should be done.

FC leaders have a whole set of permissions to prevent unauthorised use of the workshop or people taking items they are not entitled to. You can only have one project active at a time, so it's impossible to make a mistake and contribute to the wrong one.
Having 3 people stand around and watch while one person does stuff was never meant to function as a safeguard. There is really no compelling reason for things to be the way they are.

There was an official response on another thread saying the devs would look into this, seems it's been put on the back burner for now.

They don't require 4 people to be in a party, at the placard when you buy a FC house though...

The FC I am master of, it was hard to find players to sit and watch. Had to plan on doing it late at night when some would be willing to stay connected all night. Which meant I stayed up all night making, the wheels, buffs and airships. This is in an FC with 15 to 20 active players at prime time and generally always 10 online except for a few hours. As for mats, Some mats where donated like coke to make ingots at the start of HW, beyond that not one person every added a single item to anything being crafted or tried to craft on their own with a party. This was in an FC with about 140 players total and an average of 50 to 60 logged in per day. Some FCs just have a hard time getting help. As for going forward, I now pay for people to sit and watch so I don't have to stay up all night.

we can talk about this theme for 100 sites more or SE just fix this stupid rule.

its NOT a real group activity. 3 of 4 just have to dig in the nose.

give us the right to craft a complete second eorzea alone if we want to.
