One of the cornerstones of the community housing concept in an MMO is its reliance on homeowners to create content. My experience thus far has been limited to Mateus, but that experience has shown that wards lacking a large FC's presence tend to be very empty and lifeless.
As such, I would not only recommend that large plots be reserved for FCs, but reserved further for large, active FCs as they have a higher chance of actually producing content if given a stage.
(I am not interested in replying to any emotionally-based responses. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter. I would also implore of any responders, particularly those favoring an opposing viewpoint, to demonstrate any potential solutions they might have. An idea might sound good in a post, but the devil is often in the details.)
