Prioritize FC Houses over Personal Houses in Transfers/Purchases

I'd love a public hangar. Shoot even a public garden would do wonders on all of this mess. Or the much needed revamp of the whole system that will never happen.

Adding an instanced "public hangar" to the airship landings in the various towns shouldn't be that hard... also making planter boxes allowing for planting 3 or 4 plants in the same planter would make crossbreeding plants possible in apartments...

Given the choice, most players would gladly choose themselves over other people's FC. To them (myself included), your FC means little to nothing.

We've pushed for years. If they wanted to fix it they had their chance with Shirogane, and they chose to do nothing. It's evident they have no intention of making it any better.

A person playing by the rules and owning one (I stress ONE) personal house isn't being selfish by not giving that house up to an FC.
