With 3 instances of the Lochs and the changes making you get 6 horns its fine the way it is. Join a Ixion and/or Hunt LS and you should have it done in under a week now. Took me only two weeks and that was before the changes to the number of horns.
They need to just get rid of fate and make it a instance like Odin. Then get rid of this last instance area. Also be nice if ones that have Ixion mount would stop hunting it till can get there's that don't have one it yet. Ones that have there takes up party slots other that don't could be in.
