She copy&pasted a whole lot of text about network settings, told me to delete config files and when I told her that it's still working with other characters on the same server and about other people having the same issues, she said something like ...If you don't want to give my solution a try, head to the forums and report your bug.
So pretty much useless...
Well good thing I already tried all of that on my own, don't need a generic support response like that. It's still not working and I'm almost 100% sure the issue is not on my end.
It's clearly a SE issue, not player.
Im really just hoping for it to be fixed, but my hopes have died.
It doesn't matter all that much where you are either. I've tested this on housing district, Rhalgr's Reach, West La Noscea and during Ramuh trial. Same thing everywhere. Once I do a few combat or movement-based actions, one of them will fail to register. Then I'll 90002 within 20 seconds or so.
Funny is that server give me the message of 5 days to renew the monthly payment.
If it was alts I'd be fine with it because they are all really low lvl, but its because its the main thats having the problme. It's just really annoying
To me the worst part is that I don't feel acknowledged in any way by SE. There have been many people reporting their issues with the game. I sent a bug report as well but have been referred to this forum afterwards and yet, even though it has been going on for more than 24 hours now none of us has received any kind of advice or response that this issue is being investigated or that they're aware of the problems.
OK Square Enix, i will go and play my money on Wow this month, at least i only lose 5 days moneywise.
Exact same problem; playing from The Netherlands myself. This seems to have been happening to tons of people since the new patch, yet I haven't seen any response from the support team. I wish they'd let us know they're looking into it.
