Level3's DNS
Primary: 209.244.0.3 Secondary: 208.244.0.4

That one worked for me on PS4 Pro and my girldfriend normal PS4. I changed the DNS inside the PS4 network setting, just choose to set it manually, i left default setting until it asked for DNS. I didnt touch my modem/router setting.

Yep, its level3 being picky about dns's for some reason. This really should be stickied lol. unfortunately its not something SE can fix, but fortunately the Datacenter move should resolve it if it moves to an area outside SE's control.

This doesn't work for me either. I guess after trying everything that has been suggested by this thread, I have no choice but to uninstall the game and install it all over again.

On pc mac uninstall and reinstall. Ps4 return to defult settings a lot quicker than factory defult any way it will wipe non basis files including ffxiv. Hapy 7hr download. Sorry

I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's telling me that's it's unable to down load the patch files at all
Also on ps4 slim

Restore licenses. Also if you can access your modem you can do an hard release of your modem lease. I had an issue once where i could not download and upload at all and i went and looked saw lease expired haven't had an issue since. If you have spectrum your speed is 60mbps and you need an new modem. But you have to research your self as ever modem is different. I can't give more information since i am posting from mobile phone and don't have pc in front of me. Good luck

Also getting this error, but I don't know if the patch has been ready to download yet.

Patch isn't out yet, most like. Wait until you see the "FFXIV has updated" message on lodestone before trying to download it.
