Music in 3.X is AWFUL

Dont you remember, guys, the awesome music in Coils? In primal fights- awesome Garuda theme, mad Titan composition and so on. But what we have in 3.X?

Music is awful in Alex (in Alex 8 one of the most horrible song a have ever heard in my entire life), it is afwul on Ravana (some weird song of a man, boring and not interesting), awful on Zurfan (plaintive strings on the second phase making me turn OFF the sound) and so on

The music in the main fights of the content is not interesting, it is not express the content where it sounds. It is not epic, it is not heroic, it is just grey compositions, that I dont want even listen

Dear SE, Im really disappointed and I hope, that music in 4.X will be much better

Did I mention Night in the Brume? God that's such an amazing piece.

I strongly disagree with the idea that the music in this game is awful. It's incredible - and the music is one of the strongest aspects of every patch. Outside of a couple of tracks I enjoy pretty much every piece of music in FFXIV.

O my god yes, literally I can sit through the whole soundtrack without disliking something, especially Somnus, greatest piece of music I ever heard ever. We should Yoko to do some of the tracks in the future

Well, I was referring to FFXIV...


...but FFXV's soundtrack is pretty good too, yes. :p

Eh, I disagree in the strongest terms... FFXIV always has good musical scores. There's some I like less than others, but none that I'd call awful.

In 3.x as in the whole of HW?

Well a few tracks are really "samey" I guess...but some were amazing.
I love Painted Foothills, I actually personally have that as Ysayle's theme. I love Sophia's theme, Bismarck reminds me so much of FF13 composer, that I love it too...really music taste is subjective.
