Thanks for the tips but I just decided before you posted to download and install again so I should hopefully be ready shortly after the maintenance is over.
I just wish I've seen your comment beforehand, It might have prevented me to download the whole package again :p

Could maintenance end early do you think?

I honestly can't remember how often they end it early on these long ones if at all.

Here i am, trying to download the patch at 0.02 mb speed and crashing, proceeds to bang head on the wall. I just remembered i was downloading another game. It was taking 40 hours so i went f*ck it, and stopped it. After that my download speed went back to normal and downloaded the patch in a good 5-10 min.

Not when they are adding next tier items, they don't want the chance of someone getting some of the new items/tomes before the reset and then again after the weekly reset. They will wait until weekly reset time to finish so no one has a advantage.

Downloaded the patch in less than 5 minutes with no issues.
