[NA] Has anyone's Encyclopaedia Eorzea shipped yet?

I'm more annoyed they felt the need to charge me for both the statue and the book but only shipped out the book. I'm fine with the statue being pushed back, but it was kind of cruel to charge my account for it when their policy clearly states that I won't be billed until the said item ships. It isn't the end of the world but things like that do kind of irk me a tad. It's basically a company double dipping and putting the customer in a tough situation because they now only have a half completed order. So they take your money, only give you half of what you paid for and if for whatever reason the other item never gets to you, they can say the order has already been completed because you already received a portion of it. Not saying S/E will do that to people but it's one of those fears that sits in the back of mind. I ordered a Delivery Moogle plushie and artbook Two years ago back in November during their last fanfest. They charged me for both, got the book in December but the Plushie wasn't delivered till like Mid-March. x.X

If anything, it just taught me to be patient with S/E. They may be slow but they get the job done eventually. Either way, I'm happy my book will be arriving on Monday.

Yea that does suck but least it not like the previous company that ran SE store if you had multiple items on one order they wouldn't ship any of it until all items were ready. In that case people that ordered the lore book and statue at same time would have to wait until December (or when ever they releasing it) to get their lore book also.

i had the book set at 2 day delivery. The email states it was shipped out on October 19th. I received a tracking number two days later. Tracking number shows that they really didnt ship it out until October 21st. Tracking estimates Delivery of October 27th....this is with 2 day air.

While I will forever cherish this lore book, I don't think ill order from Square Enix store again (ill find other 3rd party sites who sells SE). I spent 20 dollars on shipping and will be receiving it on the same day as my friend who spent 6 (we live in the same city in Pennsylvania)

My fc leader said his shipped out and is expected to be delivered Monday. Will see if it actually happens

The book has arrived, so far its worth the money!

Finally got mine as well. Haven't put it down.

Mine is currently at the post office for delivery I guess though the delivery time went from Guaranteed on 10/25 to Delivery Status Unavailable.

Delivery status still not started. Super saving shipper. But mine was confirmed and NOT pre-order.

Trying to help a friend who got stuck working a convention and it feels like I haven't helped at all.
