Cleeng stream service is god awful

an the problem is we all paid $30 buck for 1 days worth of fan festival content an a minion with a ffx outfit. Still cant access day 2 footage that was supposed to be archived. I've a ticket will update as soon as i hear something. Overall disappointed with the service. =/

I cannot watch day 2 too, nothing load.

First, let me apologize for the delay in making the archive of the second day of the show available on Fan Festival 2016 in Las Vegas stream archive page. We’re reaching out to the companies and teams involved to ensure that we can get this resolved quickly so that you’ll all be able to access the archive.

Also, I wanted to briefly touch on the comments asking why we opted to use a new platform for the Fan Festival in Las Vegas stream compared to 2014. Without going into too many details, there were several technical hurdles that prevented us from utilizing other online platforms. As such, we chose to go with the platform that was able to accommodate our needs as closely as possible.

We’ll follow-up as soon as the issue with the 2nd day archive has been resolved!

While I can appreciate that every service has advantages and disadvantages, and there are challenges utilizing other online platform... You asked us to pay 50% more and provided a much, much worse product that doesn't provide what was promised.

Can we expect a change of providers in the Tokyo and EU livestreams?

While we appreciate your response please explain to us why your provider could not provide us with certain basics, such as, a linked index to segments of the event that corresponded to the published schedule of events. This seems basic to me. Your providers product appears to be a take the money and run effort at best.

Twitch takes a large portion of the revenue I'm guessing. Everything about twitch from my end as a consumer worked very well, so I don't know why they wouldn't be better at it now, two years after the last time they tried.

Cannot have subscriber-only streams I imagine, and SE doesn't want people watching the stream for free.

I really wanted to see the day 2 Pvp part but it simply does not load.
You really need to add a proper index in the page, skiping to the end of the video to load next just does not do it.
