I don't think that's actually necessary. Just because you don't see female "things" on certain monsters it doesn't mean they are male in the first place. That's a social construction and honestly it tells more about you than about the game. A lot of people don't even attribute sex gender to 90% of the monsters unless they have human physique, like Succubus or the armoured monsters at The Vault.

What you're asking for is essentially "female" aesthetics or vanity for monsters to distinguish male from female when we don't even know if there's a need to be male/female when it comes to procriating species. I can't tell if a wild cat is male or female unless I see genitalia, and trust me, I don't want SE to add visible monster genitalia in this game by any means.

I'm not even stunned by rule 34 FF monsters anymore. It's common to see people draw Behemoths bulky and.....well equipped.
