Unable to complete version check

Its 1 in the afternoon here and I'm getting the same problem trying to login on PC. hope something gets fixed soon.

If you scroll up, some folks found some homebrew fixes that work for PC. Us PS4 players aren't so lucky, more than 8 hours after the update :(

Has this been addressed yet by SE yet or are we still just hoping the problem goes away soon?

I looked and looked, but it does not look like anyone on their end has noticed. There are tech support folks who were updating as recently as 11am EDT/midnight Japanese time, so someone's in the office. I'm wondering if all the people who could fix the error and set up a download patch are at home sleeping (it is currently about 4am in Japan).

Having the same issue, on PS4

PC is experiencing the same issues as well. Couldn't download or install 3.35 patch. Uninstalled game, now it wont re-install keeps saying "Unable to install patch files [30413][25008][20495]" at about the 7.5GB in mark

For PS4/PS3, the continuous logging in and getting the error to kickstart the download launcher worked for me.
I've never had to do that before. What's going on, SE? :/

Honestly I just want a "we're working on it".
