Lol is funny that you already level'ed up Classes such as Gladiator and is the base of a Paladin Job, having to relevel paladin is like telling me releveling Gladiator again.

No to this.
OP: Apply to SE as a developer and see if you can fix the injustices that are cropping up from the inside.
Well since you use alot of the same abilities to level classes anybody could argue that leveling MRD is leveling PUG but with a different weapon.
Just because it'll have a sword and a shield and be based off GLA does not mean it'll be identical, and besides even if you're a pro GLA, if someone smacked you with holiness and new magic and now you're a PLD you'll be a beginner and won't hold a candle to a veteran PLD.
If I recall correctly you don't need to be lv50 to upgrade your class to a job, so if I upgraded my PUG30 to MNK I'll be stuck as MNK30 until I get PUG up? or can I level up my MNK instead to 50? what will happen to my PUG? will it auto-level with my MNK or will it be stuck @30?
I'm hoping that Jobs will be a whole different animal from classes and follow a different independent system to "level up" probably be based off quests, that teach you new abilities and advance your Job level/rank/status.
I think Jobs should have there own exp bar UNLESS the quests to get skills are HARD and meant for GROUPS to do them since there for GROUP play. end of story.
Ok ok ok...
Listen to this one.
What if we made the grind... No wait, don't go away just yet! Listen...
