no worries, the 3.25 patch will surely allow you to meld 170 grade I to V materia (at 100-50% success rate) + alexandrites into your weapon, to individualize your stats :)

Wasn't bards best WoD gear?

lets add some light to this situation.

Gordian gear for pld is amazing but many people fail the fact, crit + det.

DRK and WAR are the more desired A4S classes yet their BIS is relic while the PLD who lacks DPS is A4S.
The irony in that is................... stupendis.

The classes that have better time end game for some reason get a better relic rather than raid end gear.

yes all in all unless rng loves you it will take 8 weeks A4S to get wep same kind of time relic but PLD has far less A4S clears than DRK/WAR

yet PLD bis is A4S is that not funny?
