Weather effects and our characters

This would be a very nice touch. They added cold breath, maybe they'll expand onto simple idle animations as well. I'd love that. :)

That's not necessarily a good thing, specifically if we're bringing back 2.x beast tribes for 3.x content. That literally screams rehash and very little thought put in (especially when it's not really making "dead content" alive since it's mostly solo).

And we have done said beast tribes anyway, so no, not a new thing.

Reactions to weather would be nice. Shivering in snow, sweating in the thanalan desert, I'd like that anyway.

I need water drip when raining or in water area

Maybe when it's windy or a dust storm. Our characters can shield their eyes. I mean I've always found it odd that our characters can just run around eyes wide open while dust and whatever else is most likely flying straight into their face.

Yeah think rather then effects, ideal animations would be a nice start, I remember some games like umm... Aion I think it was that had something like that:
Fan self when its hot
Hug self or breath into hands when cold
Whip out an umbrella or giant leaf to cover self when it rains
Stuff like would be a nice little detail that shouldnt be too difficult to add
