I think lolDRG started even before the pentathrust thing. Call Wyvern was originally DRG's 2 hour ability. But the wyvern died so easily. If it could somehow stay alive long enough, it was a good contribution in a lengthy fight. But it very rarely could be kept alive long enough.
Then so many things later just kept it as lolDRG for a long time.
